World’s End Girlfriend – Seven Idiots (2010)

Holy Shit, I’m super excited about this record. I literally just found it about 20min ago, scanned through all the tracks and got myself a chubby. This guy is fucking amazing and even more so live. Once again this is an act I’ve seen at The Grog Shop in Cleveland Ohio, he opened up for Mono in 2008 and I have to admit that Mono does put on a lovely live act (take some Percocet) World’s End Girlfriend blew me away. He’s a one man band capable of fucking anything you can think of. I’m not positive but I think he was playing to a rhythm that was playing out of one of the many MAC Books on stage, recording what he was playing into another MAC Book, looping that, playing to the loops and recording them over and over again. It was fucking fantastic. He seems to be one of those acts that is never the same and only plays a few of the LP tracks during his shows and everything else is improvised. Im calling it now, this will be on my top 5 for the year!!!

Arcade Fire - The Suburbs (2010)

A few years ago a girl I was with was head over heels for this band and gave me a few records to listen to… I fucking hated them and still do. It’s not so much that the band is bad, actually the music is very Very good.. but Win Butlers voice is absolutely terrible. He has this tone that makes my fucking testicles boil to the point they are two giant pulsating veiny meat medallions that are on the verge of exploding in my scrotal pouch… his voice is what I would imagine to come out of Turkish Angora that is being forcefully raped by giant fucking animal like a polar bear or a Velociraptor. I know this sounds harsh but I want to drive my car across the grass median while on a highway into hundreds of thousands of pounds of speeding death machines just to get that fucking horrible sound out of my ears… but then comes Régine Chassagne… her voice is absolutely beautiful. It makes that swollen testicle problem go away and I love life once again. All in all this record has way less Win and way more Régine. I recommend Suburbs to anybody that has been on the fence with Arcade Fire or has that issue with Win’s horrendous vocal problem.

First off, Danger Mouse is the shit! He’s all over the fuckin place… worked with The Black Keys, Broken Bells, Danger Doom, Beck and so on. This specifically is another Jay-Z - Black Album mashup. Sign The Petition - Resident Evil 5 on Wii

I've been wanting this game to come out on the Wii ever since the XBOX 360 and PS3 release. If anybody has played RE4 on Wii you know how much better the control is. Capcom would be complete fools if they didn't rebuild this game for the Wii. Hell half the people that bought RE4 for PS2 or Gamecube rebought it when the Wii version came out (me being one of them).
